In-Store : Returns and Exchanges are valid for up to 7 Days after purchase with a valid Droplets. order receipt.
Gifted 14 Days after purchase with a valid Droplets. order receipt.

Returns and Exchanges are valid for up to 7 Days after order has been received with a valid Droplets. order receipt.
If gifted than 10 Days after order has been received with a valid Droplets. order receipt.

In-Store & Online :

All items upon return and / or exchange must be in unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Shipping fee on an order is non-refundable.
